Note: This update is required for all WES 8.2 users

Note: This update supersedes earlier WES 8.2 patches 1, 2, and 3 - you do not need to install the earlier patches if you have not already done so; only this update is needed

Problems:

1. Incorrect elevation angles for some VCPs in FSI, preventing some FSI panes from updating under certain conditions
2.After the release of WES8.2, dataMenus.txt and aviationDataMenus.txt were altered to rearrange the D2D menus
3. WarnGen follow-up right-click functionality not working
4. FSI_GUI was deleting the /awips/fxa/.wgpref file each time FSI was started. This prevented the user from saving any preferences in FSI
5. ingest.tcl was fixed to stop tilts from being duplicated from old volume scans
6. start_awips.tcl and enhanced_case_review.tcl modified to prevent FSI crash if no tstorm
7. fixforob6.csh was modified to properly fix old AVN data for display in current AWIPS
8. simu.tcl was updated to include proper satellite updating
9. WESSL pop-ups would appear on one specific screen

Solution:

tar -xvzf WES82_update4.tar.gz (anywhere on the WES machine)
cd WES82_update4
./WES82_update4.csh (Runs a script which automatically updates WES software files)
Run /awips/fxa/data/localization/scripts/mainScript.csh -tables XXX XXX (where XXX is your CWA)

Note: This update modifies the following files:

Note: This update removes the /data/awips/<case>/drt/fsi directory for each case where such a directory exists. This directory will automatically be recreated the first time you run FSI for each case.
