WDTB presentations and web pages may contain copyrighted photographs, illustrations, or other imagery. Use of these graphics by the Warning Decision Training Branch and the National Weather Service explicitly for training government personnel falls under the "fair use" clause of Title 17 of the United States Code. Use of imagery from the WDTB web site by any third parties for any purposes that do not constitute "fair use" - or without express consent of the image owner - is in violation of copyright law.
